While all models have a 3.5mm hole, the size of the phone case sometimes makes it difficult to connect them to the entrance correctly.
Confirm that the ports for inputs, buttons and camera match those on your phone. In the case of the camera, check that they do not obstruct the lens. Some cases have edges that generate an annoying vignette when taking pictures or a strange effect when using the flash.
