5 Daily Exercises That Will Grow Your Mind

Grow your mind

The Mind is where human being life started. Reason is because all of our actions were determined by the nature of the thoughts we hold in our mind.

Due to my experience in life, I get to understand that the human mind is like an elastic. That is, it has the ability to expand and contract just like a rubber band. In fact, the mind is lazy to the extent that if it's left alone it will shrink until it fades away.

But if you apply the exercises I give you here, it will grow your mind until it reaches it's elastic limit and then break-off. This point is also known as  a breakthrough moment, where you get to see that there is no limit to what you can achieve.

Daily exercises to grow your mind:

1. Mingle with highly influential people:

You are who you are today because of the nature of your passed experience. The mind can only grow beyond it's initial state, if you are influenced to act upon it.

In my life, the highest project I had ever thought about was a million dollar project. But when I met a friend with $2 billion dollars worth of projects not too long ago, my thinking changed instantly and I began to envision success in a higher realm.

To grow you mind quickly make sure you mingle with highly influential people, so that they can positively influence your mode of thinking.

2. Study:

Whenever you study, new knowledge is being passed to you. Remember, knowledge is the key to power. And also that, “Every mind was made for growth, for knowledge, and its nature is sinned against when it is doomed to ignorance”- William Ellery Channing

Therefore, try to study and give yourself tasks that will make you think outside the box on a daily bases to release your brain and your creativity's most potential.

3. Take risk:

One great thing about risk taking is that it makes your heart beat faster, which not only helps grow your physical body, but also, more importantly, grows your mind.

Brain Trace said- “Move out of your comfort zone. You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new.”

4. Meditation:

The mind generates hundreds of thoughts per second. And if you don't know how to quiet your mind, all the thought will come to your brain and makes you lack force, which do leads to depression.

But if you mediate for at least 10 minute daily, you will find calm and as a result your mind will grow to the stage of oneness where you can achieve things faster and in a much more fulfilling way.

5. Think bigger:

The world belongs to those who have big dreams. All great achievers in life are those with big dreams, who think accurately on what they want and chase after it.

Only as high as I reach can I grow,

Only as far as I seek can I go,

Only as deep as I look can I see,

Only as much as I dream can I be.
